Project Programming

Many of the projects George E. Johnson Development, Inc. has developed began with a “vision” from a client. Project Programming is a critical step to “focus” the vision and add clarity to a potential project.

A typical programming consultation consist of a series of meetings, and site visits with stakeholders and users to develop qualitative perspectives regarding the need, uses, and requirements for a project.

The Programming process solidifies the client’s objectives, space requirements, and operational plan that will be translated into a facility program in sufficient detail to bring the project to the stakeholders and to direct the design team throughout the project design process.
