The Power Center was an abandon former K-Mart built in the early 1970’s. It was acquired by The Pyramid Community Development Corporation in the mid 80’s. GEJDEV’s role was to work with the CDC Board and its founder Pastor Caldwell (Windsor Village UMC) as Owners Representative in the design, rehab and leasing of this center.

This project is known throughout the Country as one of the 1st major repositioning projects owned and operated by a nonprofit. The project is 14 acres with the primary building of 103,000sq ft. This is a mixed use project with tenants ranging from educations, medical, banking, business suite and banquet facility which includes a commercial kitchen. It is listed in the Record of Congress. We continue to offer support to the Power Center as their leasing and development Consultant.
